Squeezing in some blogging time to post a teaser photo from our very first destination engagement shoot. Aaron and I are truly blessed. We stayed in Shanghai for two weeks at Camille and Mark’s humble home. It was just the perfect time to eat, pray, love. And shoot, of course!

Ni hao! Aaron and I are back from Shanghai! We enjoyed every bit of it! Thanks to the lovely couple, Camille & Mark for having us. Two weeks seem so fast! The engagement shoot went so well, there were tons of great shots, can’t wait to post them all! Anyway. I wish I can tell you more about it but I have some photo editing to do! Enjoy the holiday everyone!

Aaron and I have been in Shanghai, China for three days now. We’ll be doing an engagement shoot for a really really lovely couple and we can’t wait! There are tons of great spot to shoot in plus the weather has been perfect except for today because it rained a little.
For the next few days, we’re planning on shopping, seeing Shanghai at night and taking lots and lots and lots of photos! We will be shooting the couple this weekend and hopefully we get tons of great shots!:)

Last week, I did a photo shoot for an online hair extension shop, Flaired. They sell one-piece clip on hair extensions made of one hundred percent smooth and silky human hair!
It was my first time to shoot in an actual studio with all the lighting shiz. It was fun! Samantha and CJ, owners of Flaired, were able to create an amazing team. Everyone was just a delight to work with!
Thanks Samantha and CJ! And to the whole team, of course! Will be shipping the photos first thing tomorrow, sana magustuhan niyo!
Here are the photos from Kat & Coy’s one hour post wedding shoot! I didn’t mind that the sun was no where to be found. I’m just glad it didn’t rain! Kat was just a delight to shoot. Look at her face! Look at her gorgeous flawless face! And Coy, you were great too. Hihi. But really, thanks you two! Thanks Aaron, Jo and Binny!

I love holidays because I get to enjoy breakfast! My favorite meal of the day. :) One more week and I’m off to having breakfast in China! Yes, China! I can’t wait!

Oh Happy Day!
The wedding was held in La Union, which was a 6 hour ride from Manila. It was a hot day! I was sweating buckets because for some reason, I chose to wear a sweat-er on a beach wedding. Everybody was doing last minute preps while the lovely bride Lianne, was all cool and calm -until she wore the dress!
The ceremony ended right before sunset which made it even more romantic.
To semi-end the night, everybody went to the beach to fly some paper lanterns. I sat and watched the lanterns fill up the sky like stars! Ang ganda!
We left around 12am. We wanted to stay at the hotel but decided to just sleep on our way to Manila so we can spend our Sundays at home. I had a great time with the team. And I loved shooting barefoot. The sand on my feet felt great. I didn’t mind that it was tiring because I was doing what I love. Was again, surrounded by happy people (with lots of tattoos!), which is one of the best feelings in the world. Congratulations Lianne and Jason! And thank you Mitch for the opportunity.

I ended my 2011 with a wedding shoot! I assisted Sandra Dans, an awesome photographer and a batch mate from UP Fine Arts! Thanks Sandy!
I can’t wait to shoot more weddings and engagements. I miss that heart melting feeling when I see pure and genuine joy from people’s faces- from the couple to their family and friends. I miss love filling the air and the tear jerker vows!

My Fourth TV Commercial for Myra!
The night before the wedding, everybody came to the beach to fly some paper lanterns. Aaron & I got to try it too! We finished a bottle of wine as we enjoyed the cold Batangas beach breeze!
The day of the wedding, guests came in with their tie dye shirts and brightly colored maxi dresses. The wedding was all sorts of lovely which made taking photos a lot easier and more fun. From the diy bouquets and fabric banderitas to the happy shiny couple and that really funny video!
I’m glad Aaron, Jo and I were there to witness such a beautiful wedding. We enjoyed every minute of it! Congrats again Chung & Kaloy! And thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
